Therefore, I offer my clients these guarantees:  Sellers - If you are unhappy with the service I give you, you may cancel our Listing Agreement with absolutely no obligation - Rip it up!  Or, I’ll sell your home for free (I will refund my portion of the commission to you at closing).  Buyers -  If you are ever dissatisfied with my service, you may cancel our Buyers Agreement any time with absolutely no obligation.  Plus, MY BUYER CLIENTS ARE NEVER ASKED TO PAY ANY OF MY COMMISSION, even if we find a For Sale By Owner home that you want to purchase. I will assist you in the purchase of that home for free, even if the sellers won’t pay me for it.
