My 2011 Home Buyer Rebate Program is very simple, I give my clients back 25% of my Realtor® commission:

*Rebate is not available in combination with agent referrals or other discount programs and must be allowed by the Lender. The rebate will be paid to the party or parties named on the HUD-1 closing statement. Some restrictions apply. Co-op commission offered to Randy Ferguson/REMAX Properties Inc must be 3% to qualify, minimum purchase price of $125k.
Who can qualify? Any Buyer looking to purchase a home in the Colorado Springs or Teller County area in 2011, plain and simple. You are free to select any Lender of your choice!
